I'm an ALX Africa–certified Virtual Assistant with a background that spans technical and product support, customer service, and marketing administration. I've spent the last few years as the person clients and colleagues go to when something needs to get done, tracked, or explained clearly.
My work today involves fielding customer inquiries, documenting issues end-to-end, and coordinating between customers, product, and engineering teams — which means I'm comfortable being the calm point of contact between people who need answers and the people building the fix.
Outside of tickets and inboxes, I hold a BSc in Information Technology and a marketing qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), so I bring both operational discipline and a working understanding of the products and campaigns I support.
